Sunset dinner cruise was horrible. The captain must have just learned how to drive the boat. Food was mediocre at best. I heard atleast six times during dinner “I’m so sorry for the wait” waited 25 minutes for the restroom. Entertainment was annoying and gave me a headache. I’m on the boat as I type this and cannot absolutely wait to get off. Tired of japenese translations and can’t smoke ANYWHERE on the boat. Thinking about jumping overboard!

Submarine tour was a slight let down, not a lot to see under water, sub was nice and roomy, not sure if it was worth the money, will not recommend

not worth the $60 for what you get. Food was okay, announcer was annoying and talked over the loud speakers the ENTIRE time, followed by a Japanese translation each time. The boat faces any whales you see so you have to cram in the front areas to get a decent view. (There is a gift shop on board and $20 photos) I felt like a tourist and I live here! I’ve done others and Star is okay, North Shore Catamaran was cool.

There is no real value under water. Nothing really to be seen at Oahu. Avoid it.

Great cruise to submarine. Excellent overall service. Submarines are comfortable with excellent viewing. Narration was hard to hear. The key problem is that the ocean near Waikiki is simply not rich enough in flora and fauna. There are not that many fish or turtles to see. To compensate, the company has created artificial reefs by sinking ships and airplanes wings which do attract ocean life. But, this is only 15 minutes out of a 45 minute ride.
