Where are we going today?

Here is a dilemma for you - what do you head to first when you are about to embark on an epic adventure in one of the largest indoor fun centers in the USA?

For those 12 years and older, it might be the heart pounding fume-free, fully electric zoooooming karts go-karts which take you around 14 miles of fast paced adrenaline rushes.

But don't worry for those future drivers under 12! There are even 5 types of karts to choose from for you, including the super cool junior karts for those aged 6 to 12 years of age, and the even tinier yet still just as cool falcon karts for those ages 3 to 6 - a great way to experience driving for the first time!

Once out of the drivers seat there is the super colorful and bouncy (and sometimes stomach moving!) frog hopper which will lift young riders up in the air, and have them "bounce" back down to the ground.

Or there are the loops, leaps and lunges of the 3D simulator which will either take you on a fast paced virtual roller coaster ride, or a very cool flight simulator ride, or if you like to keep your feet on the ground (well - tracks!) you can chug along on the Rio-Grande Train - a favorite with the younger kids!

If that's not enough - there is also a crazy fun arcade with over 200 games, as well as a laser-tag arena, mini golf, bowling centre and inflatable bounce area.

The center is popular for holiding birthday parties so that's a good excuse to go back!

HORRIBLE STAFF! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is by far the most unprofessional/degrading Fun Center you can possibly visit. We stopped by with my kids last week and noticed the same manager I reported earlier in the year doing the same things he was doing when we reported him. I voiced the problems we had on a visit in the summer to a Seth Gammache as well as a Diane Scollick (Director of Human Resources). Here is the content of my complaint:

I go on Sunday mornings for the 50 cent games - when I practice I like to bowl between 12 and 20 games - so the price is great - the lanes are in good shape and it's really not too busy at this time - the electric carting is also a lot of fun and the arcade is the biggest around - a nice place to spend a few hours with friends and family

Arnold's is a great place to go to but not for the reason that you would think initially. I like getting the negatives out of the way first so here is...staff is apathetic and looks like they're in prison. No biggie. The ticket eater machine jips you of your tickets and the skeeball machines are in horrific disrepair. BUT, Arnold's bowling and mini golf are tremendous and have good pricing. The rest of the arcade is just fine for what it is. Overall, if you come with tempered expectations Arnold's is really a win.

We have gone with our kids on 3 different occasions on different days including a not too busy Saturday. The first time we went was for a friend's kid's birthday party. The hostess on that occasion was too focused on playing around with her coworkers and texting! We did like the arcade and rides however, so we went bac and did the 2 hour pass the first time, which we figured would be great, and for the most part if was but the STAFF AGAIN was the problem. "I have not heard back from anyone regarding the email I sent you a couple of weeks ago with regards to an incident that we experienced with one of your managers you have working there. I will share my experience with the hopes that it reaches someone that can prevent this harassment and embarrassment from occurring in the future.
We visited your establishment for probably 7th or 8th time in late August. It was my teenage daughter, her 2 girlfriends and one of the girls' boyfriend. We were enjoying our visit when one of the girls noticed two males from the go-kart track maintain eye contact awkwardly and stalk one of the girls. They told me what was going on and also how one of the track guys "creep" the other girl out by looking down her shirt when she was going on the kart. The guy was a darker skinned male with blondish dyed facial hair. We let that go and moved on to the arcade.
That's when I noticed the same Caucasian male that was talking to the darker skinned male at the track earlier. This man followed us a couple of times and would awkwardly pull out his phone when around my daughter and her one girlfriend. We know for a fact he snapped a couple of pictures of the girls and my daughter with his IPhone as one of the other girls noticed what he was doing on his phone. She called him a creep but he just walked away. We asked if he worked there to a young female at the desk were you redeem your prices and she told us that he did indeed work there. She said his name was Robby. We asked for a manager and she said that he was the general manager and that there was no one else there we can talk to. Needless to say we left and felt the need to report our dissatisfaction, disgust and anger towards your establishment and most specifically your disturbing and disgusting manager Robby.
I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears as we truly enjoyed visiting this establishment for the last couple of years. "

We did like the arcade and rides however, so we went bac and did the 2 hour pass the first time, which we figured would be great, and for the most part if was but the STAFF AGAIN was the problem. They hire a bunch of young pre-teen/teens who don't care about the customer experience or about attending rides. On two different occasions we had a problem with a game and asked a young blonde girl who worked there for help, she said she was going to get someone who fixes the games, and about ten minutes later I see her and a young guy who eventually came to help me touching each other in a pretty unproffesional manner. This is not the proper behavior for the staff of an entertainment center that is supposed to be there for family fun. On top of that on another occasion we saw the same guy physically touching a male patron. We also witnessed employees sitting around while the rides were unattended on mutiple occasions. The food was pretty horrible the 2 times we tried it, everything is old and stale! Needless to say we will not be going back there. Chuck E Cheese for games and Slick Willy's for go karts are ran much better and actually have a better staff.
