I'm not sure about some of the negative reviews but my experience has been fantastic. The owners are friendly and helpful, the laundry room is clean and inexpensive, the neighbors are friendly overall a great place. My only complaint might be that there are only 2 restrooms and 2 showers for the whole place. That's too few I think but overall fantastic place. I would easily come back here and happily bring my grandbaby next time.

One huge problem with this campground. I know it maybe not there problem. But there electric is way to high here. I never paid this much when i lived in a house here in Phoenix. There is no reason for the electric to be this high. also the sirens from the fire trucks and police is consent. All hour of the night and day. Other then that it is a nice but way to close together campground. Also the manager here is not the greatest person. She even brags about being a bitch to people. I think this is a great business modo just tell everyone that your...Read More

The Staff does a good job keeping it clean and are helpful, central located, the troly its right across.
In short, its an ok place and the biggest advance is that its very convenient

Our experience here thus far has been nothing but pleasurable. People are not walking all over the property like someone said and of course, there is a ton of foot traffic off the property because we are near ASU campus and the light rail is right across the street. It is very quiet and safe, so far. I have done laundry in the late hours and have been fine. These undesirables these people are talking about are probably out on the street. I like that there is a police station across the street so really my safety is not a concern. One of the...Read More

I tried to reserve a spot for one month. I was told a bull crap excuse from teh guy who answered the phone that they do not allow RV's older than 12 years and it was an agreement with the city of Mesa. I checked and they said there is no rule or agreement about RV ages with anyone.

    Do not stay here.

One of the main reasons we came here in the first place. The neighbors are pleasant and keep to themselves. The property is clean and guys who work hard, especially in this heat, to keep it clean are friendly as well as the staff in the office. They have a pool/spa which is pleasant. Yes, you can hear the sirens of the fire trucks but it's not like it lasts long and you can't really hear it late at night when you are sleeping. I honestly feel like I'm security because I'm always looking out to see who belongs here or not...I will report anything I see suspicious. This has been the best RV park in area as the other ones are nasty and dirty looking. We really enjoy it here and will be here for a long while. So, come on down and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. There's lots to do in the close vicinity.
