AMC Loews is a great theater. I love both of their theaters in Manhattan. Especially the one on 84th. It's a great romantic spot. They have very comfortable chairs and ever-lasting slushies.

This theatre is the place for people who like to imagine. When you purchase your tickets you will see a beautiful decor of the box office with big lights. Blinking brightly. The theatre also brings dress props worn during the movie sets. Right before I saw the movie Into the Woods I was fascinated with this dress. It's perfect.
After you purchase your tickets you will take the escalator either upstairs or downstairs to see your movie. Be prepared to wait awhile for your popcorn or drinks at least 20 mins.

I saw Interstellar here. I LOVE how you have to purchase your tickets in advance, b/c I know my spot is guaranteed. I don't have to show up 45 minutes early for a seat, and I won't show up last second and get front row in the corner. The IMAX 70MM showing which they had was out of this world, and the sound quality of that particular theater was the best I have heard.
