Where are we going today?

A fourteen-foot high dragon guards the entrance of the Fantasy Garden that gives children a mites eye perspective on the garden.
Giant rakes, hoes and watering cans are tools used to tend huge potatoes, onions and carrots only Superman could lift. Huge bees pollinate enormous flowers, and six-foot earthworms burrow through soil. A walk-through pumpkin 42 feet in diameter and two stories high is the centerpiece of this fun garden.
Each of the four areas of this garden features one of the four seasons as its theme, with plants chosen to represent each season's colors year-round.

Aquarium was about 10 minutes, but hours of stuff to do in the gardens and park area! Bottled water was a bit pricey ($2.50). We had amazing fun!

My family just renewed our membership here for a third year--we're not from New Mexico, so this is our oasis in the desert. Without it, I feel I would be lost. Now, I am so grateful that our new baby daughter will get to experience trees and water, and soon she will love going to the zoo and all the events the BioPark has to offer! Even with the membership costs being raised, they offer great deals for extra months and guests from time to time, and it's well worth the price,...Read More

We have enjoyed the ever changing seasonal "flower" shows at this location. Please keep up the good work. All of the nice people have given usinstruction and increased out interests.

The plant variety is lacking compared to other gardens around the country. The summer night music series is great for kids - bring some food and they serve booze.

Even with the membership costs being raised, they offer great deals for extra months and guests from time to time, and it's well worth the price, especially since you get the Gardens, Aquarium, and the Zoo for the price of one membership. And of course, you have to go get fresh-pressed apple cider during the Harvest Festival! :)
