Where are we going today?

Have you ever gone out to pick up some shopping, and ended up on the world's tallest indoor bungee tower?

If you head to West Edmonton Mall, you might end up doing just that! World Waterpark is a tropical paradise, all in the comfort of indoors. Who doesn't want year round water fun in Alberta!

Not only does World Waterpark have the world's tallest indoor bungee tower, but it ALSO has the world's largest wave pool too!

If that wasn't enough, you can splash the day away with over 17 unique waterslides and fun play features, so the entire family will be able to find something they love.

If you have little ones in the family, the beginner slides are a great place to start. From the Caribbean Cove, to the Hurricane and Sun Runner, there are slips, slides, and zooms all ready to be enjoyed!

For those slightly older water babies, the intermediate slides are the best next step. The raging rapids will give you those fun thrills, and the corkscrew will spin you round and round until that big splash at the bottom!

Feeling brave? Head on over to the Howler and the Twister - both HUGE slides ready to challenge even the bravest of sliders!

But wait....did someone say Extreme Slides? We think they did - which is where the Cyclone, Sky Screamer Extreme and Tsunami come in. If you think the names are scary, just imagine what the real thing is like - but we KNOW you can do it!

With zip lines, concessions, and even hot tubs, you will wonder why every day can't be spent at World Waterpark! SPLASH!

Run down, worn out, kludge-fixes everywhere. Some slides that were taken out of service 15 to 20 YEARS ago are still not in service. Dead palm trees, rusty ladders, cloudy leaky glass panels, burned out lights, incredibly disgusting brown slides. Everything is dirty and in desperate need of a paint job. "Family Changeroom" is overrun with adults without children. Awful place.

This waterpark is awful. It is filthy, the air is freezing cold, and the prices are ridiculous.

After paying $84.00 for a family of 4 (two members 5 and under) (on a weekday!) to enter, we left unimpressed and my daughter (2!) received a wonderful full body rash from the under maintained dolphin kiddie pool, and athlete's foot from the standing water on the filthy shower/change room floors (and by filthy I mean hair, band-aids, slimy substances, etc).

Never again Edmonton. Never again. I strongly suggest anyone wishing to visit this waterpark...Read More

Staff is great but this place is very over priced. They need to devise a different price list. All of the best water slides (about half) are closed during the week. If you are going to go they have a list of which slides are open. Do you research on what is open to prevent a very disappointing and uneventful visit.

Don't forget to bring extra money for the locker room and tubes if you want to use them. You heard that right. After paying $26 to get in you will have to pay $8 for a small locker or $12 for a large. There is no option to use your own...Read More

If leaving a review based on the water park itself it'd be 5 stars. But when you factor in the Over paying, the ridiculous line up time the food being over priced it turns into a 3 star. The staff are awesome.

The Water Park slides are fun but way too long of a wait and the admission and the food are way too over priced. You also have to pay a ridiculous amount for lockers as well.

Never again Edmonton. Never again. I strongly suggest anyone wishing to visit this waterpark to go elsewhere.

If you visit this park and have a similar occurrence, I urge you to file a complaint with the environmental public health board (at Coronation Plaza). I don't understand how they are getting away with such horrible conditions.

You must pay.

All in all this place is run down and a money grab.
