This is a horrible way to get around the city.
    - The busses were never within the 20 minute windows
    - Only 2 of the 6 speakers on our bus worked. This made hearing the bus driver nearly impossible.
    - The company oversold the spots on the busses to the point were it took 3 or 4 busses leaving us behind before we could get a ride. Normally I have patience but waiting 45 minutes in the rain then being told that the next bus will pick you up tends to leave a bitter taste in your mouth.

This was a great way to travel to many scenic and tourism areas. My husband and I enjoyed the ease of the two day tickets to just hop on and hop off where we pleased. Drivers knew a lot of fun facts about the city. Highly recommend this way of traveling around the city. Driving and parking looked terrible.

My husband and I purchased two-day tickets for a Friday and Saturday in August. In the 2 days, we did both loops. Our experience was highly frustrating.

#1) One of our drivers was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The others had little to say other than call out stops. One was even downright sullen, and as luck would have it, we got him twice! I learned a whole lot more from my AAA guide book than from the drivers.

Overpriced, poor quality, and highly frustrating. Don't do it

#2) This company sells more tickets to people than it can accommodate. Afternoon shuttles were running every 40 minutes, not every 20 minutes as advertised. Then when the trolley arrived, all the seats were full. No one wanted to "hop-off" as they knew they'd never get back on. The driver would reluctantly let some people stand (against the rules) as people were VERY upset at the stops.

If you want to travel around Vancouver, combine public transportation with walking. If you want to learn something, try another tour company.
