Where are we going today?
The Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge hangs 50 metres above Lynn Creek, the height of a 15 story building. Originally, people crossed the creek on a log over the canyon. When the park opened in 1912, the hope was that the Suspension Bridge would become a tourist attraction. Visitors paid 10 cents to cross the bridge. Today, it's free to cross the bridge, making it one of the few attractions to have gone down in price since 1912!
