Where are we going today?

The Alberta Birds of Prey Centre is Canada's largest birds of prey facility. Situated on a 70-acre wetland area site, our centre is a celebration of nature featuring hawks, falcons, eagles and owls of Alberta.

    I took my grade 9 class to Birds of Prey and it was awesome. It links really well to the grade 9 science biodiversity unit/curriculum. The staff is super knowledgable! There is a huge variety of birds housed here, birds I've never seen close up before. They were beautiful! Make sure you stay for the flight demo and feed the ducks! If you are in the area its worth a visit!
