About this activity

Explore the Royal Saskatchewan Museum and your world - the past, the present, and the future - as never before. They are a natural history museum offering life and earth sciences, as well as aboriginal history.

See the world's largest T.rex at the museum called Scotty! The gallery brings Scotty to life through multiple exhibits, including a recreation of the roar, examine an actual fossil specimen and discover the habitat and environment in which Scotty lived. The Earth Sciences Gallery shared ancient history and geological resources, from how the formation of the Earth provided Saskatchewan with the rich mineral resources, reptile, dinosaurs and more! You can meet the Mosasaur which was a giant marine reptile and explore the last days of the dinosaurs too.

The First Nations Gallery will allow you to learn about the artwork and their relationship with the land for the past 10,000 years. You'll be greeted with a life-size alabaster and bronze sculpture. The Life Sciences Gallery is where you'll find all kind of species. From the moose, to the caterpillar and everything in between, explore all of the ecozones and habitats.

Don't forget to say hello to the Megamunch as you'll find him nestled next to the museum theatre and is always dressed to impress!
