Pukaskwa National Park's exceptional beauty is revealed in its vistas of Lake Superior and in the rugged, ancient landscape of the Canadian Shield and northern forest.The only wilderness national park in Ontario, Pukaskwa protects 1878 square km of an ecosystem that features boreal forest and Lake Superior shoreline.
The park features lots of cultural and natural areas to explore. Families can enjoy a treasure hunt on rocky shores and in the woods for an adventure. For the hikers you can head to the White River Suspension Bridge and explore the sandy shores of Horeshoe Beach in the summer.
The Bimose Kinoomagewnan Trail shares some important educational teachings of the Anishinaabe. There's also lots of paddling routes to enjoy the natural surroundings and wilderness too.

Pukaskwa National Park is located near Marathon, Ontario. The park is a three-and-a-half-hour drive from Thunder Bay and a five-hour drive from Sault Ste. Marie.
