Come and see who’s new and waiting to meet you, when you visit Papanack Park Zoo this summer. A short drive east of Orleans to Wendover on Highway 174, will take you to a world of wildlife filled with all kinds of exotic and birds.
Leave the city and enjoy a relaxing time in the country, as you visit with the animals at Papanack. Meet the Keeper’s as they feed their animals and learn a little about each one. At Papanack, we like to think of the animals as Ambassadors of their species – each with its own story to tell of where and how it lives and more often than not, it’s fight for survival in its natural habitat. You can take a stroll along the Nature Trail and visit the tigers and snow leopards or stop for an ice cream and watch the lemurs at play. We also have a large picnic and play area, as well as a gift shop. Come for a couple of hours or stay for the day, there’s something for everyone at Papanack Park Zoo.

We have wheelchair accessible washrooms. Our facilities are all grass, but most of our visitors do not have trouble with wheelchairs.
Bring your wellies, is it has been raining. Bring a picnic or buy lunch at our reasonably priced snack bar. We have strollers and wheelchairs to rent or bring your own. Bring your own water – there are no drinking fountains only water for purchase. Free Parking
