    only three words….Beautiful..Beautiful…Beautiful .It is very well maintained.very in formative also.I love the shade garden with lots of flowering plants, japaneese garden and chineese garden are also wonderful.Big Maple tree to small Bonsaii of it is very nice,Lots of colorful lillies are delightful .Kids will love the Insectorium consists of wonderful insects and Butterflies.I also could not find the srtuctures as shown in the internet, i found only one.Otherwise it is wonderful.

    I went there Yesterday June 30 2014, just because i saw the beautiful pictures of the garden on the internet and thought it would be the same, paid $20 per person and what I really found out was — nothing..!! just a normal park with some flowers and insectarium. Complete wastage of money and time. would never go there again.

    It was a complete wastage of money and time and energy there was barely anything worth seeing and was not at all informative. Insectarium was not all worth seeing.

    My sister and I visited in August 2013. We spent about half an hour in a long lineup to get tickets (yes we should have got them online to avoid the lineup). What was particularly frustrating was a staff member who had tickets, picked people out of the lineup seemingly randomly and processed a ticket purchase for them. We did overhear her asking if the random people were residents of Quebec however some that she picked and processed tickets for were not. These people that she picked out of the long, snaking lineup were behind us in line. It was a really hot and humid day so the wait coupled with the “line jumping” was really, really poor customer service. While we understood that the ticket price for residents was lower, did that mean that they should not have to stand in line like the “tourists”? Even if there was going to be a separate, fast entry process for residents, then it would make sense to establish a separate lineup for that, like the cash only lineup. It was badly done.On the positive side, the exhibit was beautiful! Note that my rating reflects the very poor customer service. If I were rating the exhibit I would give it 5 stars!
