We were all so excited on the day as we were going to see Legoland and spend the day doing lots of activities. We went with 2 kids and 3 adults. But very soon the first signs of the disappointment showed up. Following 3 hours of waiting just to get in, it was disappointing to see that there were very little to do for the kids. We had to wait to get on the cars for another hour by which time the kids were so frustrated and unhappy. The reason we had been given for this waiting was that there were not enough staff to put more cars on the track. However...Read More

I'd have given it 5* but unless you can get in with vouchers like a buy one get one free from Kelloggs it would be very expensive paying full price for what you get. I went with my 5 year old son and stayed for 6 hours (though you have "done it all in 3 hours" he repeated so many things). The FREE WiFi was a lifeline for me as I could go online whilst waiting in queues and my son could play with the free lego they set up all around. Food was expensive but we brought our own food and drink. The soft play area alone kept him happy for an hour,...Read More

I had Tesco Voucher purchased tickets which expired 31/08, so we went on the Aug BH Monday, with low expectations - as reviews seem to be poor.
Our party was 2 adults, 13 and 4 yo girls, 11 and 7 yo boys.
As suggested by other reviewers, we arrived at 4pm, there was a small queue.
We queued for 15 mins or so for the 1st ride, we enjoyed the ride - the shoot the baddies one.
We then went into the "activity room" and queued for 15 mins for the 4D cinema - the show was really good, we all rated it 10/10.
The kids than played in the play area, made...Read More

Very disappointed. Went with an adult friend. We drove 2 hours to get there only to be told that you cannot enter without a child. This does not seem to be the case at Legoland Windsor and is definitely not clearly stated on the Legoland website. Only mentioned in "extra details". Last day of my UK vacation and consequently not my favorite

From the eyes of an adult...expensive!! Took 2x10 year old boys and one 4 year old. Limited rides due to height restrictions, e.g cars were good for 6 year old but the 10 year old's couldn't go in the play centre bit. Very very busy and lots of waiting around which is a shame when you spend so much money. Anyway, from the eyes of the 6 year old he loved it, 10 year olds, they are just getting too old for it. Would take the younger one possibly again but only if I had vouchers and to be honest from the eyes of an adult I wont be rushing back. Needs...Read More

The reason we had been given for this waiting was that there were not enough staff to put more cars on the track. However there were at least 10 staff at the entry waiting by the tills and doing nothing. In addition if you wanted to use the cafeteria facilities to by some simple food you could not pay by card but only by cash. In 21st century not very many people carry cash with them so I did not understand the reason for this at all. The air conditioning did not work and place was disgustingly hot.
I must say I never had to pay such a ridicules amount of money for waiting only. The hole thing is a scam but nothing else ripping peoples money off.

The kids than played in the play area, made models, went on the other two rides - queue time was 20-30 mins.
For a rainy BH Monday it was not as busy as I feared, and in summary we enjoyed our visit.
Based on the tesco voucher value purchase, I would rate the trip 4/5 ****.

Cheers

Needs more variety and its too small for the amount of people in there.
