I have to say that I agree with all the negative reviews. Game machines mostly broken, staff simply ignores complaints. Birthday party is very poorly organized and it's definitely not worth the money spent.

No refills, No replacement tokens for broken machines, etc etc etc. the list can continue on.

It's quite unfortunate that I have to give Jungle Jac's a poor review, but having been there twice now, I really need to say something.

I was upset to learn when I went the other day that they charged me full price for my baby. He can hardly do anything there. I was unaware of this change since the first time I had gone, but of course once you tell a three year old you are going somewhere and you enter the building, you can't leave on account of that.

Every time I go to this place I am shocked at how rude the guy at the front counter is. I am assuming he is the owner? but he is a TOTAL jerk.
I am not sure if the place is having financial problems? but they are really cheap.
My sister ordered a hot dog and it took almost 15 minutes for them to make it? it was almost 2pm, no it's not like they just opened!
No ice in the pop machine...lots of people just standing around.
    Dirty tables...etc.
Too bad as it's close to my home!

This place is horrible and dishonest. Service is atrocious. The staff/owner is rude. Yell and disrespect the parents and children. Machines break down and they don't fix hence you lose your tokens and refuse to replace. My own and friends kids get hurt on the slide but they don't care and they blame it on the kids.

Recently they started charging babies! The parents with babies were just picking up their children!! Quite Unbelievable!

If i could give no stars or a negative star this place would get it.

    Stay away!!!!!!!

So, 17.95 later (for a 3 year old and a baby) we started playing. While up in the play area I looked around and noticed that there is no way in the years this place has been opened has it ever been cleaned properly. There is a thick layer of dust and dust bunnies all over every surface that's not being walked on by dozens of preschoolers - so gross. I can only imagine the germs and bugs I couldn't see lurking on every surface (and I'm not like a Lysol wiedling maniac or anything)

Next up on my list; blasting through the speakers and directly into those poor kids (and my) ears, was The Beat 94.5. I get it, it's easy to turn on the radio to have SOME music playing in that cavernous building. However, REALLY? What part of that music is appropriate for a children's play place? Listening to countless "artists" singing about everything from sex to being drunk at "da club leaves much to be desired. Put some effort into your music selection. Choose something, anything, other than that "music".

Lastly, the food. Yuck. There is a big sign outside the door on the window that says, "No outside food or drinks allowed". I totally understand that. Selling food is another way to make money for your business on a captive audience. But, again, yuck. I ordered a sandwich and french fries, both no brainers if you ask me and they were both gross. $12 for undercooked and unsalted fries, stale bread, ham and processed cheese and a bottle of apple juice. I should have just done what another parent did that was there, bring my own lunch cooler bag and eat it all in full view of the owner and their employees. Since they don't seem to care about anything there other than taking our money at the door, they clearly shouldn't (or didn't) care about someone bringing in their own food despite the sign on the outside window.

Stay away and save your money (and your health as there is probably a good chance of catching the latest bug making it's way through Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows during your stay there)
