The funicular is open all year round, even in winter! Wheelchair users will have access to the Funicular free of charge and pets are allowed too! In Winter when there is now it may be closed. The furnicular is accessed by two stations. The top station is located directly on the Dufferin Terrace with the kiosk adjacent to it and behind the famous Chateau Frontenac.
