Showed up for the Mark Chesnutt concert and was placed at a seat where I could only see a wall. I could not even see the stage. I would have been better off seating at home watching a video of Mark Chesnutt and they would not allow me to move. So, that's what I did! I got up and left and went and had dinner at the Roadhouse grill. Seating at that seat is like being at a palace in a closet trying to watch a concert. They should be ashamed to sale a seat in such a spot that you cannot even see the event. It is obviously not about the customer just...Read More

I came here with a party of six people. The staff were all very nice and attentive and the atmosphere was fun when the music started. The seating is a little crowded though. The food, while very expensive, was also pretty good but I don't know if it's worth the price. I had a good burger with fries for about $12 and someone else at my party had filet mignon with green beans and mashed potatoes for about $32.

I am Hispanic...let me tell u that most places in Kern county r racist against non-white people...this is unfortunately one of them...I got uncomfortable looks and a side of attitude from employees that work there and the clientele...I couldn't even enjoy the meal that I paid high dollar for...I don't believe Buck Owens would had appreciate the negative experience that my guest and I had to deal with. Ether way u see it... I got the message...I will NOT eat there again....EVER !!!!! WHAT A SHAME WE CAN NOT GET OVER THE SKIN COLOR DIFFERENCES AS...Read More

Love this place! Been here twice for brunch and never had any problems or issues. I am surprised other reviewers are playing the racism card. I am Hispanic and never felt anything negative from the staff. Very good champagne brunch, a little pricey for me but nice for special occasions such as Mother's or Father's Day.

I am sure Mark Chesnutt or Buck Owens when he was alive would not be proud and would of never sat in that seat. I am very disappointed in the Crystal Palace. I am sure Mark Chesnutt and Buck Owens would have got up and left as well. I think they are racist against white people.
