lets start with the wave pool and slides, which is the only thing i liked about this park, and smoking area near the pool, things i didn't like service for food was slow and kids unorganized, the seasonal camping ground, , was very dirty, garbage bins always full, you cant use the washrooms, always locked,.......fishing not very good, , we camped there this year on seasonal site, its noisy at night, a few noisy campers, were none stop, we had a big stump beside our new trailer, that was to be moved in late spring, we were told it was going to...Read More

We stayed here for a weekend with another family. Our sites were a good size, albeit a bit in the open. In conversation with another camper, I heard that the sites on the Grand River offered a bit more privacy. The washroom was clean but could be updated. Staff at the registration desk were friendly and efficient. It rained a bit on Saturday so we went to the St. Jacob’s farmer’s market in the morning and then took the kids to the Bingemans indoor playground in the afternoon, which they enjoyed. I’d go back again – there are enough things...Read More

    Terrible experience with Bigeman's.
Booked 3 nights for a long weekend, with 2 kids that were looking forward to experience camping and the waterpark. Only to find out 5 days before going there was a fire ban, and we were forced to still pay for our sites full price when we had no control over it. Also the girl on the phone was rude, and found it funny that I was upset that I couldn't camp without a fire. How else was i supposed to cook for 4 people? What were the kids supposed to do at night? On the positive side I didn’t have to stay in...Read More

We went there with about 250 people for a conference where most of us camped there on sight. The locals came in and stole from our campsights ie. purses, food, coolers etc-etc. the shower rooms were filthy, and after repeatedly asking them to clean it--several decided to leave early because they couldnt take the filth, and the poor security any more.
Had I would have known that this place was in the middle of an industrial complex, with factory noise, and --yes a train track running right behind the factory accross the street, with a train that goes...Read More

Definitely not a park I would want to go to, or recommend to anyone.

Had I would have known that this place was in the middle of an industrial complex, with factory noise, and --yes a train track running right behind the factory accross the street, with a train that goes through atleast twice at night--every night--is hurendous to say the least!! I know of at least 50 people that will never go back to this dump----
