We are located at 14 East St. Aylmer. If coming from Hwy #401, take the Aylmer exit, Elgin Road, south to Aylmer. Turn left (east) on Talbot Street and travel about 1/2 a kilometer. Turn right on East Street.

Where are we going today?

We are dedicated to the preservation, promotion and presentation of the history of Aylmer and Malahide to the public through: Education lessons, special events, publications, exhibits, displays and public programmes. We offer 3 to 4 changing exhibits every year on various topics. Our permanent exhibits include a 1890's General Store and the Ron White Native Exhibit that showcases over 4000 artifacts from an Native Site excavated in the early 1900's and again in the 1960's. We have an extensive archive consisting of histories of businesses, families, and events in Aylmer and Malahide. Our archives are accessible by appointment only. Free to museum members, $10 to non-members
