Where are we going today?

This is the largest indoor paintball field in Canada, with exciting obstacles like missile-launchers, army jeeps, trenches, two-storied fortresses linked by bridges, school bus, and more. The site also houses Action 500 karting, the largest indoor karting track in Canada and the region's only indoor paved track.

I went to Action 500 in Dec 2013 with a large group. we are from out of town and spoke little French and needless to say the girl at reception was less than enthused with serving us. Upon arrival we were gestured to go sign up at the computers nearby but weren't given any details other than we have to sign up so I figured, might as well sign everyone and we will decide later who wants to Go Cart. When we finished signing up, we went back to reception and that's when ms. Attitude told us that everyone who signed up had to pay the fee. I told her...Read More

Laval. Karting.Poor service. They just want your money, no matter what if you happy or not.Track is too small. No bumping, but with the size of the track, you have no choice but to bump other cars and then a stupid hobo kicks you out the track. At the end, you pay for a service that you don't have.
We went there with a group. We were supposed to have 10 minutes qualifications and 15 minutes race divides in 2 groups because we were 14. We reserved. After the qualifications, we had to wait at least 40 minutes they said. I disagreed. They found a solution...Read More

This place doesn't even have a water fountain with drinkable water. They also dont have ice to treat painball injuries (which are bound to happen!). The service is just plain stupid and useless, and the fields are filled with highly mediocre junk.

Did i mention everything is overpriced?

Upon arrival we were gestured to go sign up at the computers nearby but weren't given any details other than we have to sign up so I figured, might as well sign everyone and we will decide later who wants to Go Cart. When we finished signing up, we went back to reception and that's when ms. Attitude told us that everyone who signed up had to pay the fee. I told her I only wanted some of those that signed up to actually partake in the GoKarting but she was adamant that since I signed everyone up, everyone had to pay. Lost in translation but after several attempts of trying to explain I wasn't interested in GoKarting even though I signed up at the computer along with three other people that now we can't get refunded for, we said what the heck let's just do it. I was assured that my youngest son, who I also registered for, could ride along with me but when we got in the main GoKarting area, he was denied due to the oversized helmets which were way too big for him. Once again, I asked for a refund and waited around for someone to get back to me, 45 minutes later, I was told that no one in the establishment had the authority to refund?!? Other options I had was to offer the ride to someone else in the family and that too was refused.
This establishment is either a big scam or has one of the worst customer service I have ever been to.The receptionist was rude, unapologetic, refused to speak English with us even though I overheard her speak English to customers who came after us.
I was given the name of the supervisor and after several calls with him, I was told I will be refunded. it's been over two months and I still haven't been refunded!
I was told by my family members that the GoKarting experience was a lot of fun but if you value good customer service and agree that it's a valuable part of any business then don't bother with this establishment and check out other GoKarting areas in the area.

We went there with a group. We were supposed to have 10 minutes qualifications and 15 minutes race divides in 2 groups because we were 14. We reserved. After the qualifications, we had to wait at least 40 minutes they said. I disagreed. They found a solution : 14 drivers together on the track. But we paid for 2 groups. I had to argue with them for a least 30 minutes to get the people in 2 groups. I also threatened to call my credit card to cancel the operation because I didn't get the service I paid for. That's when they fund room for 2 groups (it's a miracle!!!!). After more than 2 hours, we finally got what we paid for. So if you want to have fun and have a good service, don't go karting in Laval. Go to St-Zotique or Kart-o-mania on Decarie. If you want to visit the worst place in Montréal, visit Action 500 Karting in Laval. It's not worth the money wo will spend there
