Ive been skiing at Lakeridge since i was a little kid and Ive loved it from the beginning. The staff is good, the runs are good, the food is good and the experience is just great. I would recommend going to Lakeridge and staying committed to going to their resort year after year.

Its not far from the City. A great place if you have young kids or if your a beginner. They hire young kids so what do you expect. They are courteous and its fine for what you pay. Its not super busy so its good if your just learning how to ski and you wont loose your kid there! The food is not the best and its expensive but you can pack a sandwhich and eat it on the lower level. But for the distance so close to home and if you can get coupons its well worth it, no need to drive up to Blue Mountain. We have been going there every week with your...Read More

Had a really bad experience there this week, my daughter was not able to dismount from the chair lift and fell from approximately 6' off the ground. This could have been totally avoided if the lift operator was paying attention and stopped the lift in time, not when she already fell to the ground in pain and had to be transported down from the top of the hill by the Ski Patrol, whom by the way were Excellent and did a great job, thanks Ski Patrol. The next 5 hours were spent at Toronto Sick Kids Hospital Emergency, not a fun night! I wrote an...Read More

Terrible service. Manager is ridiculous. Staff is not too helpful. They're not friendly people. I would suggest driving a bit further where the hills are MUCH better and staff are MUCH more helpful. Oh, and the food sucks too.

Who ever designed this place has obviously never been snowboarding or skiing. Why bother skiing downhill when you end up having to go uphill? Sounds confusing but the runs have many flat zones, the majority of the good runs run uphill, so if you do not carry enough speed, you end up having to climb up to get to the next downhill section. Its a complete hot mess. This is the worst designed layout I have ever been to and I would never, ever go back nor recommend this place to anyone. I have been snowboarding since '97, been out west and all over...Read More

We have been going there every week with your young kids and 15 of our friends till they close at night. I hope they stay in business for years to come as my family has many great week ends together there enjoying family time.

I wrote an email to the ski resort explaining what happened with great disappointment with the lift operator and what happened, and I still haven't had any response or an apology from the company, so I decided to make our experience public for everyone to see via Google reviews.

I have been snowboarding since '97, been out west and all over Ontario. I get it that Ontario is limited but this place should never even be opened. If you had to choose between Lakeridge, Skyloft or Dagmar I would just go to one of those other resorts since they are about 5 min away from Lakeridge. Avoid this place, the runs are short, not designed properly, the resort is dirty, bad customer service and the lifts are slow. As slow are molasses in the winter. Avoid this place, its a complete train wreck.
