    Recently went to watch a movie on Saturday Evening at 6:30 pm, INTERSTELLAR in Gold Class & we were greeted at Entrance & one of the waitress showed a Menu Card which details different Food & Beverages. Since we were on diet , I said politely NO Thanks , later we may order. We really liked the seating & superb sound effects of the Movie & were totally immersed in the movie. When the Movie was about to finish say just before 5 minutes, one of the Waiter came with a box of Popcorn & Coke , seems like one cup of Milk shake & put on my Table , staring at me by this I also missed some of the scenes, nevertheless I said “thanks” & he left. As we didn’t order any food, I felt it was really offending & rude behaviour by the waiter.This attitude towards customers should change , the waiter must be given appropriate training as well. Village Cinemas should take necessary action, since customers are the KING. I am a regular customer to Village Cinemas & really enjoy the courtesy of Staff many a time but this time it was disappointing. Alas , what has gone wrong with Gold Class……..

    Taking away the ticketing line and making everyone line up to buy tickets at Canteen is a real pain. I bring my kids alot and just want to go straight in without buying food lining up that long is a real inconveniance

    Needs cleaning… The cleaning staff needs to do a better job of cleaning the cinemas between movies. I walked in with popcorn on the floor and still on the seats.
