We had three families and 7 people who wanted to ride. We had 3 buy one get one free coupons from the Entertainment book, which is the only reason we decided to try them out. But the staff REALLY did not want us to use them. He tried to tell us we can only use one per party (written no where on the coupon) and basically told us no we cant use all three. Since it is expensive to take that many kids on outings (especially in this economy), we needed to use coupons to make it happen. The kids were extremely disappointed and sad. They had been looking forward to it all week, so, I went back and reasoned with him and he eventually let us use the coupons. I wasn't sure what the fuss was about because there was no one else even around, and I thought paying for four people and getting 3 free was better than not coming at all. He finally agreed to it, but not without a lot of persuasion.

In the end, it was a 5 minute ride, and was fun for the kids. However, the staff most certainly does not understand coupon advertising or the importance of customer service in a tourist industry. So, if you don't care about the customer experience, and just want a quick 5 minutes of fun, then it is still worth going. But do yourself a favor and do not bring a coupon! Just pay the full price of $7 each
