Where are we going today?
The Urimbirra Wildlife Experience gives you the chance to view more than 70 species of Australian fauna in their natural surroundings. The paths through Urimbirra allow you to see the animals at close range and a walk through the 16-hectare site is a photographer's delight.
Reptiles on display include salt and freshwater crocodiles as well as venomous snakes, pythons and lizards. Walkthrough aviaries provide close interaction with lorikeets, doves, ibis and stilts. Other aviaries house cockatoos, other native birds and fruit bats. Hand feed the kangaroos and wallabies throughout the park.
The park also has a children’s farmyard with farm animals, chickens, guinea pigs and rabbits that they can get a bit closer to, and night walks through Urimbirra are available through Banksia Adventure Tours.

Try to get there early, best photos, when it gets busy with coaches, gets crowded, great Australian animals, birds, snakes, koala's,(very popular with overseas visitors pushing and shoving out of the way to get to them) dingo's, crocs, etc,
Excellent value for money, has a great country, outback feel, great for all the family.

Worth The Drive! Friendly happy animals. Freedom to wander and handle at leisure. Good interaction at viewing times with snake and Koalas. The Lorikeet aviary was a highlight with birds landing on us as soon as we walked into the flight area.
