The Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb is one of those experiences that every child should have, whether you live in Sydney or are just visiting. It's not only FUN, but it gives you incredible views of one of the most beautiful harbours in the entire world, and it's an experience they won't be forgetting in a very long time!
The Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb is perfect for those active kids over 10 years, and it's a great experience to have with the family. There are four different types of tours that you can choose to cross the bridge, and each with varying length and duration, so you can find the one that fits your fitness level the best.
The tours all provide a very different experience, as some can be taken at dawn, or at night, twilight, and of course during the day time.
When you arrive for your tour, the adventure starts when you step through the door. You will go through the pre-climb pre, so you know all of the equipment you will be using, and what will happen on the climb. You just have to bring your sense of adventures, and your sunglasses!
Then, along with your guide leader, you will ascend the arches of this iconic bridge, and hear all the stories about the construction, the history, and how it's used in celebrations today! New Years Eve anyone?
Then, when you reach the summit at 134m above sea level, you just have to look out for all those other Sydney attractions you will recognise - and maybe head to them for your next family day out!
A day out experience that the kids will never forget in Sydney - just make sure you look down!
