    We went on a Shark dive with Three Islands in March. Whilst we were generally well looked after by the professional dive staff (we didnt howveer see any whale sharks regardless of the near guarantee), I would advise you keep an eye on your belongings. I left an expensive pair of shades on board which after two attempts to request for them back from the head office, I was told they were found by the crew. Three Islands made no attempt to return the shades to me, and on a third ettempt to retain the shades, I was told they were now gone. Conclusion: customer service is very poor at Three Islands and they have nobody there to take responsibity for follow up customere service. Very dissappointed overall given the price of the day.
