This club is down the road to my house but im not going back there. All the door staff that I have dealt with are rude as hell, my first visit they where rude because they told me to sign up or im not getting in, which was understandable but rude, after that I didn't have to deal with them for a while which was good.

Another time I forgot my card and they charged me $5 to get in and make a new card even tho I was still a member.(about a month after i first signed up)

2nd time i forgot my member card and the guy said that if i had no member card...Read More

Nice ice skating facility near Liverpool, prices for entry and food are reasonable, on Fridays there is usually a disco night on so it is even more enjoyable!!

I bring my grandmother here for a home meal in the bistro. Very cheap for members ($9 last time I was here) for any roast and veggies or whatever special dishes they have for the day. Free coffee included. Drinks are pricey but if you are after good feed for decent price I suggest here!

2nd time i forgot my member card and the guy said that if i had no member card i couldn't get in, most likely because he was too lazy too charge me $5 to print out a new one.

I understand that you need to be a member, but I have a phone wallet and do not like to carry all my cards around with me, The only time I have my card on me is if i pre-planned to go there, But if every time I spontaneously drop in they are going to talk to me like a dog, then im never going back there. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I go to many of other clubs that have similar rules, but their customer service and the way they deal with you doesn't leave a sour taste in your mouth and ruin your mood.
