Where are we going today?

Horse riding is one of those activities kids get such a sense of achievement having mastered the art of it, and also it's a great way for kids to experience that connection that can be had with an animal.

At Billabong Park Riding Centre, riders of all ages, and all experience levels can go down and enjoy the relaxation, the challenges, the thrills and excitement of riding a horse.  Perhaps for the first time, or perhaps just another day doing something they love.

All the rides at the park will take you and your family across their 100 acre property, where you will pass by a variety of sweet farm animals (don't forget to say hi as you ride past!), and then get right into the scenic bushland, following the bush trails through all the flora and fauna.

If you're lucky you might spot some other wildlife along the way!

All of the rides are fully supervised, so there is no need to worry.  All the horses are very friendly, calm, and very used to people, especially children.

It's a great family activity too - you are never too old so parents, get on those horses too!

The rides consist of walking and trotting, so don't worry about if you might have to canter - you won't. Beginners will also receive tuition as they ride, so if you are a little nervous, don't worry.  There will be someone there with you the whole way.

The park are a small, family run training and breeding facility, and run by staff who just love horses and want to share their experiences and love of these beautiful animals with you!
