Where are we going today?
Ever watch the F1 racing and think - I would LOVE to know what that feels like? Turn the TV off and get down to Big Kart Track because there you can!
Not only is this fun and challenging track 1.2km long, but it's also the longest commercial go-kart track in the country!
Get ready and prepare yourself to take on the big sweeping beds, the hair-raising hairpin turns, challenging chicanes and those supercharged straights!
Parents, it's not just for kids! The whole family can enjoy time out on the track, imaging what it would be like to cross that finish line with the crowd screaming your name!
Challenge yourself and try and beat your own lap times, and if there is a section that you can’t quite master, keep going until you do! It’s the best feeling of achievement when you finally master an element of the track you had found difficult.
If you have kids that might feel intimidated on the big track, they can hold their own on the fully supervised Kids Track! They can get their own adrenaline fix on this smaller track, perfect for those kids over 7, although they do have double karts where adults can take small kids aged 3 - 6 if they want to experience it too!
When you need a break, head to the Pit Stop cafe where you can refuel, recharge before getting back out on to the track! They have a host of snacks and cold drinks to enjoy!
How much does it cost?
- AdultsOver 12 years: $40 for 15 minutes. $60 for 30 minutes. $95 for 60 minutes.
- Children $20 for 10 minutes. $25 for 10 mins on a double seater (Adult with small child)
When can we go?
9am - 5pm Sun - Thurs. 9am - 10pm Fri & Sat (and Xmas and Easter). Junior Track is 9am - 5pm all day
Closed Christmas Day.
The Pit Stop Cafe have a wide selection of snacks and beverages to choose from for you to refuel!.
Any Top Tips?
Helmets are provided at the track, but make sure you wear enclosed footwear!
For the big track, drivers must be 152cm tall and a minimum of 12 years of age to drive..

awesome track but there was something feeling like metal was poking into my back and had a sore back for a week, the bumpiness of the circuit contributed to that as well. Karts feel very outdated, i recommend that you try this place out but Iam not going back until they get new karts (sodi hire kart preferrably)

One of our favourite things to do on the Sunshine Coast!

Good fun, but too expensive for what you get (No actual racing or lap times, and the sessions overlap)

expensive, I had to change karts twice cause u was given dodgy ones.

Loved it! I must have had the fastest kart out there. Heaps of fun and good value.
