Art Gallery NSW which is nestled within Sydney's beautiful parklands and is only a 15-minute walk from the city centre, welcomes over one million visitors annually. The Gallery's permanent galleries and most exhibitions and events are free to enter, as is admission to the Gallery.

The museum attracts over one million visitors annually. The Sydney Harbour view and proximity to the city centre make our parkland setting particularly appealing. Our free permanent galleries and most exhibitions and events are available to visitors.

Entrance to permanent and most temporary exhibitions at the Art Gallery NSW are free, and they also offer further free activities including kids' trails and their own audio tour.

There are live performances for families too on Sundays at 2.30pm and in the school holidays. Workshops and more are available during the school holidays but these incur charges.
