Myself and my girlfriend stayed at the park for 3 days in June 2014.
-The accommodation was clean and neat.
-The cabin had all the electrical appliances you need (TV, toaster, kettle, etc….)
-The office staff (Nicole) was very friendly and offered us advise about what to do during our stay.
-We played a few games of chess, with the giant outdoor chess set
-The girlfriend adored Jimmy (the park cat….)

This is a review for the camping facilities not the adventure park.

The facilities of the camp grounds were excellent, an indoor area with kitchen and TV were provided which was very useful (especially in the winter) - there is also a games room with pool table, ping-pong and a giant chess set for some entertainment.

We had a wonderful time on the island, the only disappointment was the caretakers of the park - very rude, only camp site I have ever been to that asked so much of the 'paying' customer ?

This is about the camping park not the theme park.

This is a terrible place to stay due to the abusive and unreasonable persons /owners running it. I cant stress more what these people are like. And if you ask for anything god forbid. A tirade of abuse follows. Good old fashion customer service in this place doesn't exist. It is a shame these people are there as it is a nice place and I did find it wasn't too badly priced. And with the theme park next door was very convenient. I will never stay there again. I will never recommend it to anyone....Read More

Our sheets were dirty on arrival. Cobwebs and spiders throughout, so obviously not cleaned before new guests arriving. Make sure you bring your own towels as you will receive grief and bad service if you request clean towels. Limited grass areas around cabin areas make it difficult for young children. Permanent stayers make you feel unwelcome and obviously do not like tourists staying there. Website gives an illusion of what this site is really like. Also bring extra money, as all facilities and amenities are an added extra.

All person/s that I know who is going to Phillip Island will be told of our horrible experience at the hands of this place and these people. Stay somewhere else. Its not worth taking the bad experience home with you.

Didn't feel very comfortable and a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend and will look elsewhere in the future.
