I thought the babies/toddler play area was too small and there was no gate, also there was a huge gap under the ball pit that needs to be blocked off my son crawled under and got stuck. Management did not tell parents to keep their older children out of the babies/toddler area so little kids were getting knocked down because of rough play from the bigger kids.
There is no change tables in the Mens toilets so they don't cater for single Dad's. I was very disappointed and will never take my children there again.
